Jason Andrew Beale, CPBT-KA
Jason created “Raptor Center Resources” in 2018 to share the knowledge and tools he found effective in leading his center through transformational change. Jason supports RCR and the zoo & aquarium field by conducting workshops on Change Leadership & Management. He serves as a Board Member and Education Committee Chair with the International Association of Avian Trainers & Educators (IAATE).
Sidney Campbell, CPBT-KA
Sidney has been working with raptors since 2014. She has managed a raptor center through a large-scale cultural shift focused on increasing welfare for staff, guests, and ambassadors alike. She led a major facility expansion and renovation, from fundraising to DIY demolition and hopes to share her experience with others. She is passionate about creating accessible resources through the RCR and the IAATE community.
Josh Sanko
Josh began his career with raptors in 2016, and has since taken part in two major facility overhauls and cultural shifts. He is dedicated to sharing what he has learned through both of these experiences. He shares his passion for wildlife welfare as a contributor to the RCR, an active participant in the IAATE community, and a trainer and educator with the American Bald Eagle Foundation.
